Yoga Instructor & Reiki Master.

Sarah-Jane is a qualified Yoga instructor having completed her first 200 hour Yoga teacher training qualifications in Rishikesh, India in 2012. Sarah-Jane completed her second 200 hour Yoga teacher training specialising in Restorative Yoga and Yin Yoga in 2020. Having completed her Reiki levels 1,2 & 3 in Ireland 2012 & 2013 ,Sarah-Jane offers Reiki healing sessions , she is a fully qualified Reiki Master . Sarah-Jane studied sound healing and Indian head massage when she returned to India in 2014. Sarah-Jane has taught all over the world including Hawaii, Spain and Ireland. With over ten years experience with all her spiritual work including Yoga classes, meditation groups, Reiki healings, Sound baths and card readings for guidance.
